With it's bright colors, convenient coincidences and timeless tropes make it the perfect movie adaptation of Stan Lee and Steve Ditko's 1960's version of Spider-Man. Tobey Maguire brings the cheese in the line delivery, but overall it's William Dafoe who steals the show with his over-the-top portrayal of Green Goblin. With enough meme-fodder to keep it relevant for years to come, Spider-Man (2002) remains a must-see.
